Reservation Eligibility:

1)      Private parties of up to 12 people maximum.  No pets permitted.

2)      At least two people in party must be 21 years of age or older.

3)      Schneehaus is a private vacation home,

Owners reserve the right to deny any rental inquiry.

 

Making Reservations:

1)      Minimum stay is 5 days, maximum stay is 14 days.

a)      2008/2009 Winter Season Rate is $695.00 per night (all inclusive).

2)      Check availability – see calendar.

3)      Call 505-890-0065 or Email request to schneehaus@earthlink.net.

4)      If the reservation request is accepted, an Initial Reservation Deposit (50% of total amount) is due within 7 days from the date of the request.

5)      Within 30 days prior to arrival date, the Final Reservation Deposit (50% of total amount + $695.00 Security Deposit) is due.

6)      Payment is as follows:

a)      Invoices for the Initial Reservation Deposit (50% of total amount) and the Final Reservation Deposit (50% of total amount + $695.00 Security Deposit) are sent by email.

b)      Preferred payment is by credit card through PayPal – website link is provided in the invoice email, no PayPal account is required.

c)      If necessary, a certified check will be accepted for deposits.

 

Cancellation policy:

1)      The reservation may be cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date and 80% of any deposit amount received by Schneehaus will be refunded.

2)      The reservation may be cancelled less than 30 days before arrival date and 80% of any deposit amount received by Schneehaus will be refunded only if the property can be rented to another party.  Otherwise, any deposit amount received by Schneehaus will not be refunded.

3)      The reservation will automatically cancel if the total deposit (Initial Reservation Deposit + Final Reservation Deposit + $695 Security Deposit) is not received 30 days before arrival date.  Any deposit amount received by Schneehaus will not be refunded.

 

Check In and Out:

Security Codes will be provided for house keys and alarm system (up to 4 house keys will be provided).  Codes are changed after each stay for your protection.

1)      Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.

2)      Check-out time: 12:00 noon

3)      Security deposit will be returned via Cashier’s Check within 14 days after check-out.
